Understanding access control on the Think Neverland platform

Tenant Roles

Every user in an adventure workspace has one of the following roles:

  • Owner — The primary Founder. Full access to all adventure features including agreements, billing, and feedback.
  • Admin — A trusted team member with elevated access. Can manage crew and view billing data.
  • Member — A standard team member. Can view milestones, feedback, and Captain’s Log.
  • Viewer — Read-only access to public adventure data.

Think Neverland Super Admins

Think Neverland staff with the Super Admin designation have elevated platform-wide access. They can:

  • Create and manage adventures across all tenants.
  • Configure revenue splits and create distributions.
  • Post Captain’s Log entries.
  • Invoke veto or kill clauses.
  • Manage setup fees.
  • Respond to and veto feedback items.

Inviting Team Members

Owners and Admins can invite new members to their adventure workspace via Dashboard → Crew → Invite. Invitations expire after 7 days. The inviting user assigns the role at the time of invitation.

Role Changes

Only Owners can promote or demote other members within the workspace. Contact your studio representative if you need to transfer the Owner role.
