Feedback Guide

How to submit structured feedback during your adventure

Feedback Cycles

Think Neverland collects feedback through Feedback Cycles — time-boxed periods tied to specific phases of your adventure (Ideation, Validation, MVP, Launch, Growth). Each cycle has a defined scope and closes when the phase progresses.

Submitting a Feedback Item

Navigate to Dashboard → Adventure → Feedback. Select the active cycle, then click Add Feedback. You will need to provide:

  • Type — Bug, Feature Request, Design Change, Content Change, Scope Change, or Other.
  • Priority — Low, Medium, High, or Critical.
  • Title — A short, descriptive summary.
  • Description — A detailed explanation of the issue or request.

Item Statuses

  • Open — Submitted and awaiting review.
  • In Progress — The studio team is actively working on it.
  • Completed — Resolved or implemented.
  • Rejected — Declined, with a reason provided.
  • Vetoed — Blocked by the studio under the veto clause. See the Veto Policy doc for details.

Think Neverland Responses

The studio team will respond to each item with either an acceptance and implementation plan, or a rejection with reasoning. You will see this response directly beneath the feedback item on your dashboard.

Scope Changes

Items of type Scope Change require a formal contract amendment if accepted. Submitting a scope change item does not automatically change the adventure scope — it initiates a review process.
