How binding agreements are created and executed between you and Think Neverland

Contract Lifecycle

All agreements go through a structured lifecycle to ensure both parties review and consent to the terms.

  1. Draft — Think Neverland creates the agreement and reviews it internally.
  2. Sent — The agreement is sent to you for review.
  3. Signed by TN — Think Neverland countersigns, indicating studio commitment.
  4. Fully Executed — Both parties have signed. The agreement is legally binding.

Signing

To sign an agreement, navigate to Dashboard → Adventure → Agreements. Expand the contract you wish to sign, read the full text, and enter your full legal name in the signature field.

Your name, the timestamp, and your IP address are recorded as your electronic signature.

Requesting Changes

If you disagree with any terms, click Request Changes and describe what you’d like amended. The contract will be returned to Think Neverland for review. Once revised, it will be resent to you.

Amendments

After a contract is fully executed, changes can only be made via a formal Amendment. Amendments are proposed by Think Neverland and require approval from both parties before taking effect.

Document Security

Every signed contract includes a SHA-256 content hash of the document body, creating a tamper-evident audit trail. This hash is recorded at the time of signing.
