Adventure Overview

Everything you need to know about your Think Neverland adventure

What Is an Adventure?

An Adventure is the term Think Neverland uses for a fully managed product venture. When your pitch is accepted, the studio creates a dedicated Adventure workspace for your venture — giving you access to milestones, agreements, revenue data, and direct communication with your studio team.

Your Role as Founder

As a Founder, your primary responsibility is sales and market development. Think Neverland handles design, engineering, infrastructure, and ongoing operations. You focus on growing the customer base and driving revenue.

Adventure Phases

Every adventure progresses through defined phases:

  1. Ideation — Concept refinement and initial design.
  2. Validation — Market validation, prototyping, and early user testing.
  3. MVP — Minimum viable product build and initial launch.
  4. Launch — Full launch, marketing support, and early scaling.
  5. Growth — Ongoing feature development, optimization, and scaling.

Dashboard Sections

  • Overview — Milestones, Captain’s Log, and setup status.
  • Agreements — All contracts between you and Think Neverland.
  • Feedback — Submit and track structured feedback items.
  • Billing — Revenue share, distributions, and Stripe payouts.

Communication

Think Neverland communicates through the Captain’s Log for broadcasts, and through email for urgent matters. The feedback system is the formal channel for requests and issue tracking.

Ownership

Think Neverland retains ownership of all code, infrastructure, and intellectual property. Your participation is governed by the adventure agreement and the revenue share arrangement. No equity is transferred.
